Has Ashley Greene had a nose job?
Ashley Michele Green, known to the public as Ashley Greene. Ashley’s most prominent work was her portrayal of vampire Alice Cullen in the five movies of the best-seller “Twilight” Saga, by author Stephenie Meyer. Greene has had roles in several movies since, but none enjoyed the high-profile status of the vampire franchise.
Most rumors surrounding Greene concern her personal life, although she enjoys relative privacy and leads a guarded life, at least since she has split from former Disney star Joe Jonas. She also faced a scandal involving some nude self-portraits, but it seems to have cleared up easily enough after she threatened online publishers who shared the pictures with legal action.
In respect to rumors about her physical appearance, Ashley Greene reportedly had a rhinoplasty performed. Greene seems to have a very straight and pointy nose, with the bridge and tip raised, which is an unusual nasal shape, fueling speculations of whether or not she had cosmetic surgery to enhance her appearance. However, public opinion seems to be divided. Some say her nose keeps changing shape, some say it has stayed the same throughout her rise to fame.Explanations to why Greene might have gone ‘under the knife’ vary, with some speculating that she might have done it to further her modelling career, which seemed to be a priority for her, as she was insecure about her height, justifying her need to enhance other features of her body, while some others say that she had her nose cosmetically altered for the sole purpose of clenching the role of Alice Cullen in the “Twilight” franchise. As for those who defend that Greene did not have her nose altered through a cosmetic procedure, they argue that she has supported the same nose even in her high school pictures. They also disprove the theory of a ‘nose job’ gone wrong, supported by the asymmetries in her nose, which would be caused by her growing her nose alterations out, by pointing out that those same asymmetries were also there in her younger pictures.
Greene has never commented on the issue, but she was not the only “Twilight” star who was victim of such rumors, so it is to be expected that she keeps quiet about it. Public opinion though is ambivalent, with those who defend that her nose is just like that saying that it suits her face, while some fans and experts say that it not only was altered, but it didn’t end well, leaving her face asymmetrical. Some also point out that she may have had it further corrected since.
The Nose Job Rumors
During the release of the first series of Twilight, a rumor spreads that said Ashley Greene has a nose job so that she could get a role in this movie. This rumor is also supported by several thoughts that resulted by her photographs which show that she has a very narrow nose and there is a little crush appears at the tip of her nose. According to some people, these unusual shapes that appear at her nose are the evidences of unsuccessful nose job. Even though Ashley Green never confirmed these rumors, some experts give their opinion about this issue.
Experts Opinion about Her Nose Job
Ashley Greene never admits nor denied her nose job. However, several experts in plastic surgery confirmed that the unusual shape that could be found on her nose is the results of uncompleted nose job. Moreover, these experts said that if Ashley Green gets another nose job, she might correct this recent condition. She looks beautiful now indeed. But according to these experts, if she has another nose job, she might look even more beautiful.
Did Ashley Greene Have Plastic Surgery for her Twilight Years?
Ashley Greene may not sparkle in the limelight as much as some of her Twilight co-stars, but the young actress may have had plastic surgery to help her land the role.
Ashley Greene has been acting for a few years. But it wasn’t until she joined the hit Twilight movie franchise that her career really took off, with the help of a few tweaks.
Ashley has an unusually shaped nose, which could be the result of a rhinoplasty. Her nose is very narrow and the tip looks a little squished, which can result from a nose job that was not well performed.
Plastic surgeon Dr. Sherrell J Aston says, “From the photographs I can see, it appears that Ms. Greene has had a Rhinoplasty and the tip has been over operated and is asymmetrical.”
Sometimes rhinoplasty procedures are not successful, or need a second operation to correct the first or further refine the shape of the nose.
To correct it, Dr. Aston suggests, “She should be able to get an excellent improvement with a secondary Rhinoplasty performed by with someone who has a great deal of experience with nasal surgery.”
Ashley’s early rhinoplasty is very common in Hollywood, especially as before turning to acting, Ashley wanted to be a model and nose jobs are very common in both fields, which rely on appearance.
